Wateen CS sent me this message at 2am, when I am sleeping to apologize for inconvinence.
 
Dear Customer, due to maintenance activity our contact center 111365111 would not be available from 12:00 AM till 6:00 AM. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    yeh it irked me too. my phone i also my alarm so i jumped out of sleep thinking it was time to go to office… nice going wateen.

    Its like that nurse who wakes up a patient and asks him to take his sleeping pills. :D
