Go to Wateen Selfcare
enter your login details.
Next screen shows you your current balance.
Click on “Refill Account” to recharge your account.
To monitor your usage details log on to
Wateen Selfcare Portal

Wateen Wimax proves again…the friend in need is the friend indeed!!
I realized today that Wateen Wireless is one of the best friends I ever had that found me the solution to all my necessary problems and that being..the slow network activity . Wateen Wimax and its unlimited downloading service seem like one call answer not only for me but also for all the people who need easy to go connections. i am unable to check my wateen usage details..wen i type my login and password and hit d enter button…it states invalid username or password…can u rectify this problem and telme d solution please?

This means they are not monitoring your data usage.
So enjoy unlimited downloads till the time they fix it.

I cannot send my emails using Cyber net. Please tell me what I can do as your device is no use to me unless I can send my emails through Cybernet account.. I have a very old Cerne account and I cannot change it to any other.

I think cyber.net don't allow other ISP's to connect to its mail service.
You will have to contact cybernet for the issue.

I had purchased your device on 24th of July when I was told by your salesmen at Teen Talwar outlet that I will get 100 minutes of local and 100 minutes of international calls free. Now I am being debited for all calls made through your telephony and on inquiry from your help line, I am told that that offer expired on 30th June. If it had expired, your salemen should not have induced me to buy your device on that basis on 24th of July.

i purchase wateen connection from a shop in stadium
shiekhupura thay refuse to register me on my on NIC
because it is from Faisalabad. thay register me on there own NIC can they not misuse it although i pay full fee for wimax and monthly bill now after five days it is showing
only Rs 19 in balance what is this fraud .
