UBL Staff is Very Bad

I am Rashid from Sargodha. UBL Wis Debit card is very suitable for me to make online payment. I went to UBL branches authorized to issue UBL wis debit card but unfortunately failed to get one. The reasons are as follows:

Khiyaam Choak Branch Sarghodh: They asked me to prsesnt my business visiting card along with my Original NIC card. After a couple of hours when I presented both the documents they refused to issue the card saying that it was not a business proof. I did not see a business proof requirement at UBL site for the issuance of UBL wis debit card.

PAF Road Branch: They simply told me that their manager was not there at the bank and they cannot issue card.

Club Road Branch: They asked for the business proof and NIC copy and upon presenting they said that the concerned person was not their.

Kechehri Road: They told me that they did not know the Password to issue a wis debit card. I was not sure whether they need a password to issue wis card or not.

      Yes,, u r right, UBL employes of Charsadda are also not givng too much time to understand wht the customer syng.. and they dont have a well trainned staff. there was a bg problem in issuing of BISP Cards Money in previous days.
      I requst all of u to work honestly .

    Dear Shakeel,

    They are both inefficient and irresponsible. But all fingures are not equal.You should contact directly Head Office. Get their complaint number by visiting UBL website. Send a detailed e-mail or call them. I did so and they gave me response. Good luck.

    ubl branch hazro had Berry poor customer services. it was the worst experience to be there.they don’t say welcome to any person.after standing about 4 min in the front desk I said hello reply was so boring the Guy name amjad at front desk miss guide me. send me the person named irfan he was about to fight me. I took all this to the branch manger hamid nawaz he offered me a cup of water and has no answer of my complaints. Finley I asked help number he gave me wrong number and also told me not to use my cell fone at the bank I went out side to call came back and asked for right number he gave me another number witch was aria manager’s number (051-4902223 malik arif) listen my complain ant hung up the fone after tried several time I give up.and found the help number I called after waiting 6 min no anwser I disconnect the call. bottom line I will close my ubl account and also advice my brother to do the same on Monday 04-06 -2012. and I will say ,I have no such problem in silk bank hazro. they are doing best.

    You are right brothers. Seems like UBL doesn’t pay attention upon its staff or it doesn’t value its customers. I opened an account in UBL. When I received email from UBL that your account has been opened and collect the check book from your local branch, I visited that local branch (Ghazi Branch, Distt Haripur). I asked them about my check book. Then could you believe, no one attended me and after sitting half an hour, the security guard of the bank took pity on me and asked me why you are here. I told him my purpose. He went in a room and after searching (I don’t know was he able to read or not) for two minutes, he said your checkbook isn’t here.
    Oh man can you believe a security guard …. eh.
    I think I should move to HBL bearing a loss of 500 rupees required to open a basic account.

    Dear Abdul Wahab Zahid! It is easy for me to understand your worries because It has happened to me. But Please you must play your role. Get the head office number and tell them directly. Please tell them the the branch name, the name of the manager and the person responsible to issue check books. I am sure they will take action.

    I am Govt, Employ and my salary going dirctly in my Account No 086 0469 100 9616 2 since last 9 months salary of JUNE 2012 as usual reliesed from Accountant General Sindh for same account of same Branch i.e UBL TANDO GHULAM ALI DISTRICT BADIN Manager told me that your salary not recieved from head office I shown my A,G Sind salary slip but he he said you may contact our Head office OR Zonal OFFICE Now tell me what shall I do .Who will be responsible for for posting of salary bill ,

    honorable sir, i m very old customer of ubl Mehrabpur my previous ac no is 1535 sir in our town at Eid time fresh cash is valued.on
    this Cashir Zahid arain was incharge he has not given fresh cash yet he talk to me in bad manner with bad words.we have many complains before but now he says that what will U do I m transferred no one can do nothing of me. I humbly request that plz dismiss this employ in the fever of best banking,if U dont then nothing me butt many customers will be angery.Dear sir my account no is 0037100830 Titled Anwar Ahmed. My acccount turn over is about 70 millions in a Month.It will not fair if u dont take any Action Against this cashir.I will be ver Glad if do any action in the best favour of UBL.

    Hi, I’m in the UK wanting to invest a large sum in your 3 year fixed rate account. I haven’t noticed any complaints about your UBL UK branch but after reading these complaints from your native customers, I have some concerns to say the least.

    I am very disappointed with UBL customer service. First of all no one ever informed me that my has become dormant and on top of that i have to buy $2000 ticket to visit UBL branch in Pakistan. Wow!!!!! What a good solution suggested by UBL after 6 days of emailing and calling.

    If You can’t provide on-phone solutions or via email then why Is UBL offering netbanking and phonebanking. UBL is good in copying features from developed countries but the implementation is shame!!!

    Ahhhhhhh UBL wants me to visit a branch in Pakistan while i am sitting in Australia :( ((((((((

    Only one day before this, the CS officer on phone told me to email your ID card and we will remove all restrictions on your account. The very next day i get a call and say they van’t do it. lol

    Why they didn’t tell me on the very first day that my account is in sleep mode. I would have made some alternative arrangements. UBL CS is not succinct and it took them 6 days to find out that my account is Dormant.

    As a response i am going to switch all accounts including my family business accounts from UBL. Also i am going to flood the internet banking review sites with what i have experienced for last 6 days.

    I will try my best to convince other fellows that UBL customer service is terrible. I will have to write a complete detailed review and will spread it accordingly.

    Thanks a lot for showing the reality of modern banking in Pakistan.

    yes ubl system is too bad,i wend 3 time but they said online system has fault,a stupid system in peshawer road ubl branch
